Asher stopped by today so that two Motion coaches and our intern could assess, flag and correct. In the first image – the before – there are multiple problem areas. Motion staff started working on one issue at a time and then showed Asher the images in the office to reinforce what we were seeing and why we were doing the drills outside. Asher will be on a tight shooting leash in all gyms in September-October. He is likely to not be happy about the close range and repetitive drills. We tell all kids who hope to make future junior high and high school teams do not wait because the effort, process, fundamentals, reps and discipline starts now.
