Columbia University Half-Time Events with Mo’ Motion

Halftime Events – 2017
* This event is optional and IN ADDITION TO any and all practice events scheduled that day (not in place of)

Date:  Saturday, January 7, 2017

Time:  7 pm tip-off!  Arrive at 6:45 pm in full uniform.  Kids will be on at halftime.

Meeting time:  6:45 pm at the south entrance of Levien Gymnasum – the Fan Experience table.  Best instructions are to enter campus at W 116th and Broadway and walk north to the gym.  Enter through the turnstiles to Dodge gym LOWER level and a Mo’ Motion rep will be there with tickets.

What Motion teams are invited?  Boys’ Grades 5-6 Blue, Gray, Black – optional so please RSVP to free up space for other kids on other teams

Game we are watching:  Men’s Basketball – Columbia vs. Howard

What to bring/wear:  Full Mo’ Motion uniform.  (Note that we will run the black/red uniforms to teams on Saturday so all kids have uniforms).  Please wear a matching shirt color wise under uniform or no shirt and just the mesh jersey – black on black, red on red, white is fine, too).  All participants MUST have the waiver below signed at the event or bring it to the event if parents are not accompanying the child.

Tickets?  Each Motion player is covered.  If you want tickets for family members, they are $5 each and the order must be placed with juanita@momotion.org up to three days before the event.

Check out our first event at Columbia U to get a sense of how things go while the kids are on the court.  We play the 11-man drill or we scrimmage each other.
