Mo’ Motion is known for its dedicated rigorous workouts, skills and fundamental development in the off-season for beginner to advanced level players. While we do know how much kids enjoy a year-round games culture, all the research points to skills, reps, fundamentals and deliberate practice being the road to consistent improvement. Weekend Skills, Drills & Play sessions are conducted in small groups with attention to details on footwork, form and practicing with intent to master simple skills that are repeated and mastered from the middle school to high school to college and pro levels. Mo’ Motion measures and documents the ratio of practice hours:scrimmage/game hours all year. We are also adding a consistent yoga and injury prevention series to every workout.
