This workout is SOLD OUT – must email mo@momotion.org to get on FALL wait list (there should be room in WINTER for early registrants). Boost JR Weeknight Workouts are designed to focus on mechanics and repetitions done properly. Players are divided over several baskets and in stations to work on skills with and without contact to reach our goals of 100s of shots and 1000 of touches. We add scrimmage time at the end. Boost JR is for slightly younger kids. We can move JR kids up over time as long as players are hitting development marks set by the coaches. Follow your calendar invites for all logistics on pickup and drop off. BYOBall (27.5″ for grades K-3/4, 28.5″ for grades 4-6 and all girls; 29.5″ for boys grades 7&up) and water bottle. If you miss a session, please email the office with exact days/times that your child can do a makeup session.
