Fall Sat Train & Play Boys’ Grades 5-6

FALL Weekend Train and Play INCLUDES scrimmage time after 100s of shooting repetitions and 1000s of touches over two hours unlike in a game where kids shoot only a few times and touch the ball for 5-7 minutes (max) in a 40-minute game.  Players use the fall workouts around their fall priority sport to prepare for winter hoops on their school teams or within our program (or both). Fall is true pre-season individual training emphasis in preparation for the winter (true team season).  Our oustanding coaches give all of our kids attention and pace development properly from returning players to new players.  We are adding more point guard drills for all players to improve ball handling and passing this fall.  Make-ups can be taken in other sessions on Sat-Sun or during the week.  BYOBALL and water bottle – Grades K-3/4 should use 27.5″ ball, all girls and boys through grade 6 use 28.5″ ball.  Boys Gr 7 and up use regulation 29.5 inch ball.
