Fall Monday OT with Mo! Fall Bonus Boost Sr – Mon – Gr 6-11

CUSTOM

Monday OT with MO – a mix of skills, drills and fun.  BYOBALL.  Boost weeknight workouts are designed to focus on mechanics and repetitions done properly. Players are divided over several baskets and in stations to work on skills with and without contact to reach our goals of 100s of shots and 1000 of touches. We add scrimmage time at the end. Boost JR is for slightly younger kids and BOOST SR is for JR HIGH / HS.  Follow your calendar invites for all logistics on pickup and drop off. BYOBall and water bottle.
