FALL Weekend Train and Play (Bring Your Own Ball + water bottle) includes scrimmage time after 100s of shooting repetitions and/or 1000s of touches within our drills, skills, reps and scrimmage time.
Curriculum is adjusted per age, grade, experience level of group — see breakdown in sessions below. Pre-season training should be individual and not game based and we do everything to prepare our beginners to high school players to “prepare for the season where most of the focus shifts to team movement and strategy.
Make-ups can be taken in other sessions on Sat-Sun or during the week — email office@momotion.org with the exact day/time request for your makeup.
BALL SIZE (and we have extras in our weekend gyms) 27.5 for grades K-3/4; 28.5 for grades 4-6 and all girls grades 7+; and then 29.5” ball for all boys grades 7+).
**LATE TO REGISTERING? If a player signs up late, please email office@momotion.org and ask
