Yoga – Injury Prevention for Young Athletes

Yoga for Youth Athletes is a new Mo’ Motion Program that is being implemented to 1) improve flexibility 2) reduce chances of injury 3) encourage mental discipline and focus. During Mo’ Motion’s NYC Overtime Camp, participants attended yoga classes 3-4 times a week. The positive response from boys and girls alike encouraged us to implement more yoga & strength training.

Classes are held from 6-7pm at Rodeph on 79th between Broadway and Amsterdam

Grades 6-8: REGISTER NOW

Grades 9-12: REGISTER NOW

Fall Season: September 9, 2014- November 6th, 2014.
Winter Season: November 11th, 2014- March 14th, 2015.
Off November 26th – 30th for Thanksgiving and December 20th, 2014 – January 2nd, 2015 for Winter Break.
